with our release of today, we have several updates for you attributes first & last name extraction for people name it will automatically take the name attribute and extract the first and last name in attributes called first name (custify) and last name (custify) which are also editable from the app observation the first and last name will be extracted the first time the system detects the name attribute on a person account (so when the account is created or when the name was missing and it gets populated) in order to prevent overwriting changes made manually to it last touchpoint metrics for gmail, outlook and custify sent communication last incoming communication = the date of the last email received from a person (people record) in custify to a custify user (direct or cc) last outgoing communication = the date of the last email sent to a person (people record) in custify (direct or cc) last touchpoint = the date of the last incoming communication or last outgoing communication company tags have them displayed in the companies list, use them as filtering criteria list, allow segmenting companies by company tags customer 360° profile new filtering options in the notes, tasks and tickets tabs notes (created by and tags), tasks (by status, created by, assigned to and tags) and tickets (by priority, status, assigned to and provider) segments new condition for company segments “has at least one person in the segment” this will return all the companies that have at least one person that meets a specific segment criteria playbooks playbook assign csm / account manager step now allows you to assign them in a round robin fashion tasks prevent task due dates on weekends (when generated from lifecycles or playbooks) dashboards the csm performance widgets can now be restricted to segments in this way, cs teams can observe the kpis evolution split by csm for specific customer segments a lot of other bug fixes, small features, or quality of life improvements
