With our release of today, we have several updates for you:
Playbooks
- New playbook step that allows you to unset the value of an attribute (attribute types: numbers, strings, boolean, dates).
- New “Set attribute value” playbook step options to change (increment/decrement) attributes (attribute types: numbers, dates).
Lifecycles
- Clickable goals to see which companies have completed a specific goal.
Settings
- To increase your data security, we let you know which users are having TFA (two-factor authentication) active
- Slack activity timeline feature: make your whole team an integral part of your CS efforts by keeping them up to date with what is happening in the CS activities. This new feature allows you to post to a Slack channel when someone performs one of the following actions (and also get more details, like note content, task details, etc.):
- Optional unsubscribe link in outgoing emails (off by default).
A lot more UI/UX improvements and bug fixes, like:
- Display email signatures in the Communication tab (Customer 360° Profile) .
- Show survey responses in Activity and show the survey name in the responses’ list on the Customer 360° Profile ( from now on, not retroactive).
- Multiple quality-of-life enhancements.
