dashboards we have created a new widget type “attribute evolution” , that reflects the incremental changes of an attribute once you select the attribute to display the evolution for, the system will automatically return the incremental changes over time (increases or decreases) e g let’s say you have 10 customers and you want to see the evolution of the people count the chart shows how the aggregated people count for these 10 companies changes on a weekly or monthly basis for tracking revenue, we have a separate widget called “net recurring revenue” lifecycle status and evolution widgets can now be restricted to customer segments metrics new custify metric (last added csm rating | type date) that returns the last date when a csm rating was added this gets automatically populated, similar to the last added note and last completed task the last csm rating comment is now displayed on the customer list view and can be exported to xlsx and csv files calculated metrics you can now use the csm rating in complex calculations where it can be combined with other attributes or events time in product is available in calculated metrics, giving you the number of seconds spent in the product in the last x days (optionally it can be filtered by module) you can use time in product to define usage trends or other combined metrics tasks improvements to the task list behavior when a task is completed, the company page remains open and the selector no longer moves to other tasks this gives you the ability to add more tasks or check metrics on the company dashboard and then move to the next task when you’re done integrations zendesk support allows you to match tickets based on domain you can use the website or any other company attribute this spring release also brings many other small improvements and bug fixes enjoy!
