dynamic data & ui enhancements dynamic data – ui revamp & fallback options dynamic data has been redesigned with an improved user interface, delivering a more intuitive and flexible experience users can now define fallback attributes or set default values, ensuring dynamic fields (used in notes, tasks, or emails) are always populated this significantly reduces manual effort and guarantees message consistency even when specific data points are missing the fallback attribute allows you to select an alternative dynamic data as a fallback option, while the default value will be displayed if the selected dynamic fields do not have any values custifyai auto create tasks from notes tasks can now be automatically generated when specific keywords are detected in notes this streamlines workflows, improves follow up consistency and ensures important actions are never missed custifyai tasks – tagging & portal visibility tasks created via custifyai can now be tagged and configured for visibility in the customer portal directly from the task creation interface parent child entities entity naming & filtering enhancements to better reflect flexible organizational structures, parent company and child company have been renamed to parent entity and child entity throughout the app a new customizable attribute, entity type , allows for more precise segmentation and filtering (e g , distinguishing between companies, deals, projects, departments, etc ) the entity type attribute will be dynamically populated based on the customer level values each value can now have a more intuitive naming observation the parent child relationship can have multiple layers (e g , a product assigned to a company, which is assigned to a partner in this scenario, product represents level 0, company represents level 1, and partner represents level 2) the entities must be assigned within the parent child relationship for the levels to be populated (e g , if you don’t have partners and only have one layer of companies assigned to other companies, the level 2 option will not appear under the general settings) once labelled, entities with custom types will be visually marked in italics in list views for quick identification all entities have an initial default value, company, which will not be displayed (only custom types will be shown in italics) changes made in the view will apply retroactively with a short processing delay (so if there are changes in the custom types, they will apply to all existing companies, but some delay may be expected) app settings my account prevent sending emails on behalf of others users can now restrict others from sending emails on their behalf this ensures better governance over internal communication practices and user accountability once the allow sending emails on my behalf option is enabled, other internal users will no longer be able to select your email address in the to field when manually sending emails account settings granular permissions for managing companies/people permissions for managing companies and people have been split into manage assignments (manage who can assign/unassign csms or other user type fields) manage automations (manage playbooks or lifecycle automation at the company/person level) manage data (manage data, such as filling in manual attributes, at the company/person level) this allows for more fine grained permission control, improving security and clarity in role responsibilities account settings new permission for data export exporting data from customer lists now has dedicated permissions for csv and xlsx formats, allowing administrators to control access based on data sensitivity account settings granular permissions for surveys module survey permissions are now managed separately from company and people access rights, enabling tighter control over survey visibility and administration without overexposing other sensitive data email blacklist management admins can now define domains that are blacklisted from receiving emails, ensuring compliance with security policies and internal communication guidelines once the domain is blacklisted, emails will be banned from being sent, going to the undeliverable section in touchpoints general currency customizable exchange rates you now have full control over exchange rates used in calculated metrics choose between custify’s daily exchange rates or define your own custom rates, enabling unified financial reporting across multiple currencies use case normalize mrr data into a single currency for consistent dashboard metrics, regardless of how customers are billed, using your own contractual custom exchange rates to add a custom exchange rate, click on new exchange pair and select the desired conversion rate general data management save csm ratings as notes csm rating comments can now be saved automatically as notes and tagged accordingly, ensuring key customer insights are stored in one central place, on the customer 360 dashboard this is a general account setting, allowing admins to choose the preferred behavior tagging and filtering for templates templates (for emails, notes, tasks) can now be tagged and filtered this improves discoverability and reuse across teams, especially in environments with high template volumes template tags need first to be created in order for the add tag button to be available on the template export event attribute data data from the event attribute editor can now be exported with filters applied this makes it easier to audit, analyze, or share targeted datasets externally use case idea accurate and up to date data is key for a clean custify setup exporting the data and analyzing it internally with the tech team and other custify users to ensure everyone is aware of what is available in custify and what else needs to be brought in could be very beneficial customer 360 sort tasks by priority in c360 tasks tab tasks within customer 360 can now be sorted by priority, aligning the interface with the global tasks module and improving visibility for account level task management custom data – sorting by id custom data tables now support sorting by id, simplifying data audits export custom data as csv custom data tables can be exported to csv for offline analysis, team collaboration, or use in external reporting systems file viewing without download files stored in custify can now be viewed in browser, eliminating unnecessary downloads and improving user efficiency email communication dynamic cc/bcc logic cc and bcc fields can now be dynamically populated based on user roles, segments, tags, or specific individuals similar to the to field html email template compatibility mode an upgraded html handling mechanism in the wysiwyg editor now preserves pasted styles, preventing common formatting issues caused by automatic code sanitization availability only in code view mode of the wysiwyg editor usage enable the preserve styles switch before pasting html the editor will reload and allow cleaner import of external styles previously affected templates or playbook steps will remain unchanged unless manually updated to fix styling, repaste the html using the new preserve styles mode customer list view attribute descriptions on hover hovering over field headers now reveals attribute descriptions, helping users understand data definitions without navigating to other pages tag filtering “is any of” logic tag filters now support or based logic (“is any of”), enabling more flexible list views date filters – relative periods relative time filters (e g , “last month”, “this quarter”) are now available for customer list views these dynamic filters automatically adjust over time, ideal for ongoing reporting needs user type field filtering – “is not” option a new “is not” filter logic allows you to exclude specific user types when building customer views, offering greater precision in filtering people list views filtering by company hierarchy (is descendant of) you can now filter individuals based on hierarchical company relationships retrieve users under a parent entity or any of its child entities use case idea identify all users under a large enterprise group, including subsidiaries or regional branches segments relative period filters for segments segments can now be defined using rolling date ranges (e g , “this week”, “last quarter”), automatically adjusting over time use case maintain active lifecycle segments like “signed up last 30 days” without constantly updating filters calculated metrics days until next meeting a new calculated metric allows you to measure the number of days until the next scheduled meeting use case idea count days until next meeting and trigger tasks one day before a meeting to prepare the agenda items count meetings with no tags identify meetings that lack proper categorization using a new “no tags” count metric this helps enforce tagging standards across the team filter messages by sender (from) new filtering logic allows metrics to be filtered by the message sender use case idea track engagement initiated by specific csms to measure communication efforts and outreach balance insights nps widget – clickable insights nps sections (promoters, detractors, passives) are now interactive clicking redirects to filtered customer lists, enabling immediate follow up on feedback observation only promoter scores set as aggregated scores are clickable company list widget – add attributes a new column selector allows more fields to be displayed in the company list widget, enhancing dashboard customizability company list widget – show totals/sum the company widget now shows the total number of listed companies, improving snapshot visibility of list filters team performance report – clickable meeting details meeting activity in team reports is now interactive click throughs redirect to the touchpoints section, with filters applied automatically for the selected user and timeframe playbooks set currency attribute from number field you can now copy values from numeric fields into currency type fields and manually define the currency use case automatically populate a currency attribute, e g mrr (usd) field based on an attribute that keeps already the mrr value the playbook step will automatically concatenate the numerical attribute value and the currency selected touchpoints bulk actions for undeliverable emails undeliverable emails can now be selected in bulk for retry or deletion, streamlining cleanup and reducing operational friction
