We have improved the lifecycles module to increase flexibility and improve the tracking of goals and tasks.

🆕 Track the completion of the tasks at the company level (in the Customer 360° Profile)

The tasks are automatically tracked for all the lifecycles that contain tasks.

🆕 Create goals that can be manually completed

The manually completed goals are available in the lifecycle menu > Create a new lifecycle / Edit an existing lifecycle > Add a new goal > Select the option “manually completed”.

You can manually complete a goal from the company profile by clicking on the manual goal check-box. ⚠️ Once completed the goals cannot be undone.

🆕 Create task-based goals

The task-based goals are available in the lifecycle menu > Create a new lifecycle / Edit an existing lifecycle > Add a new goal > Select the option “task-based”.

This type of goal can be based on one or multiple tasks. In the case of multiple tasks, the goal will be partially completed until all the tasks are done.

Dashboards are a great way to visualize and review large amounts of information at a glance. Use Custify to share customer insights with different teams in your organization, but be sure to keep sensitive details private.

We have removed the option to snooze tasks. As an alternative, you can update the Due Date.

We offer a simple and quick integration via a JavaScript snippet, a block of code that you can insert into the pages of your app. This allows you to quickly send data to the Custify app and track events such as: buttons or menu items clicked, time spent in your product, etc.

With the newly released JavaScript Snippets, you can create and update people and companies right on the front end.
