with our release of today, we have several updates for you several ui and ux improvements and smaller bugfixes there is now a rounding option in calculated metrics (from 0 to 4 decimals, selectable in the metric’s definition) besides the rounding, in the list view of calculated metrics it’s now also possible to see where a metric is being used survey module – you can now send surveys directly from custify to your customers we do support nps and csat at this point in time note the module is free of charge for all existing customers until the end of the year (after it will become a paid module that you can opt in to add to your plan) you can find more information on how to use the surveys https //kb custify com/surveys you will find all release notes from now on also in our https //kb custify com/product updates
