With our release of today, we have several updates for you:

Several UI and UX improvements and smaller bugfixes
There is now a rounding option in calculated metrics (from 0 to 4 decimals, selectable in the metric’s definition)

Besides the rounding, in the list view of calculated metrics it’s now also possible to see where a metric is being used.

Survey module – you can now send surveys directly from Custify to your customers. We do support NPS and CSAT at this point in time.

Note: the module is free of charge for all existing customers until the end of the year (after it will become a paid module that you can opt-in to add to your plan).
